busses and boats but no amphibious landing craft

We spend most of the day taking in a good overview of the neighborhoods of Washington, DC by slightly derelict double-decker busses from the UK (Govenor, what should we do with these old lorries? Why, send 'em to America.) and from a nice little cruise down the Potomac. We saw embassy row, the Georgetown canals and highstreet, the monuments of the National Mall, Union Station, and have a better idea from that tour what we'd like to go back and see a second time.
